MT5 EA to Auto close position and control maximum opened positions

Hi,

i need a program or utility to be able to do the following,

1- Auto Close Position ( Take Profit and Stop Loss )

2- Maximum Opened Position ( To Limit the Number of Trades Opened At the Same Time By Closing the New Opened Positions )

i attached a similar EA just missing the the Maximum opened positions function.
