Expert Advisor based on mechanical trading strategy

Hi developers, would like an EA developed that I can use for backtesting and possibly as a Trading Robot if I have enough confidence in it. Here are the rules:

EA is for forex, indicies, commodities etc.
5 minute timeframe (can add more timeframes depending on development cost)
Price at 9pm is "noted"
Then the price at the following 7am is "noted".
Once a candle closes above/below the 7am price in the direction of the previous 9pm price a trade is opened once that price is exceeded by 1 pip. Maybe the ability to limit this trade opening according to time - eg, if no trade is opened say by 1pm for example, the EA can be set not to open a trade that day.
Stop loss is previous high/low (can use Donchian channel?), with the ability to alter due to spread and slippage.
Target price is previous 9pm price,  with the ability to alter due to spread and slippage.
Risk Reward needs to be a minimum of 1:1 (can be adjustable depending on development cost)
Trade stays open until it closes due to T/P or S/L is hit.
Trade is opened every day (with the ability to turn this off due to inadequate margin for instance), even if the previous day's trade is still open.
Monday's trade uses Friday's 9pm opening price.

That's all I can think of for now.

Added 13/09/2024 - I would like to retain full rights to the EA/Trading Robot and require the code once complete.
