A Simple EA that Creates Buy and Sell Orders from an Alert

I hope you are well.  I have an alert/s that I would like to provide buy and sell orders.  The alerts are named *ENTRY* and *EXIT*, so the EA will know what to do.  I would like the EA to have the following parameters:

1. Select the number of trades per currency pair

2. Time to trade: Time to start trading to time to end trading - I would like 4 different times to be able to be entered

3. Option to choose which days to trade.

4. Risk per trade based on % balance

5. Maximum balance of the account to use to trade each day. Once this balance is reached no more trades will be taken  For example, only 2% of $20,000 will be used to trade per day and once this amount is reached the EA will no longer open trades.

6. Stop Loss in pips.

a) Once the price moves 30 pips, move stop loss to 1 pip plus spread.  I would also like the option to change the number of pips.

7. Take profit in

a) Pips or

b) Opposite signal

8. Option to close all trades on a particular day and time. For example, close all trades on Friday at 16:00.

9. Times to suspend trading, for example, during news events - I would like 4 different times to be able to suspend trading.

10. I would like to see a sample EA from the developer in order to make my selection.  i will choose the developer based on the best sample I receive. 

For those that say I'm trying to get a free EA, the programmer that knows how to put in restrictions so the EA doesn't work after X days is the person I want for this job and I'm willing to pay extra if I can find this person.  I have received samples before that have been coded to stop working after X days, if payment is not received.  This is the programmer I'm looking for.
