An Interval tree class data structure MQL5

Need an interval tree data structure class written in MQL5 as part of the generic library.

Each leaf will contain a min,max and id.

Queries at    𝑂 ( log ⁡ 𝑛 + 𝑚 ) , build at O(nlogn)
