Need EA to open and close trades based on a seperate EA that suggests buy and sell based on multiple timeframes

Hi, I have an EA that scans all pairs and based on a unique way of suggested buy or sell direction (all done already, you would just take the buy or sell suggested label this EA suggests for each pair) and then on a seperate chart an EA that will take this reading and when EURUSD says to buy, the EA will buy

Just a few options i would need, 

Stop loss in pips

TP in pips

TP as an RR (so 1:1, 1:2 etc)

Fixed lots

% risk based on balance

session time (when EA will start and stop)

Option to close all trades when % in profit made and option to close all positions and not open anymore until next session if % in Drawdown is reached

Option to close trade if trade is still open but the scanner EA changes direction)

once trade as closed in profit or loss, not to take another trade until next session or a new direction has formed (meaning if the EA scanner says to sell, and the EA opens a sell and it hits TP/SL but scanner still says to sell, not to sell again until the direction changes to buy. Need to only open trades when a new trend direction has been created from the trend scanner

More details can be provided upon successful coder but this project should be fairly straight forward
