Modify an existing EA to create faster/better entry points

I have an MT4 EA that uses the crossover of two EMAs to enter into trade. It works on any time frame and can place three trades at once.The goal of this EA is to scalp the trend, so entering the very start of that trend is critical to scalp the maximum amount before the trend reverses. As shown in the attached screenshot, the actual entry point (green arrow) can be quite far from where the trend is established (crosshairs). 

I am looking for a developer who can add an extra layer to this EA that helps confirm the trend and creates faster entry points. I'd like to hear your ideas, especially if you've created something similar in the pat that has a positive track record.

I would also like a Martingale feature added to the EA.
