Create EA based on Indicator

Hello,

I want to create EA based on my PIVOT Indicator. 

I have Attached my Pivot Indicator.

This Indicator have one pivot line and 6 level support & resistance line

We need below inputs in our EA:
Indicator same Inputs :  
After Candle Counts :  (If we set 3 means, EA Open order at 4th candle opening price)   
Lots Size : 
Take Profit SR Line : 
Take Profit : True or False
Stop Loss SR Line : 
Stop Loss : True or False
 

EA Operations Process and Terms:


Buy Conditions:
EA eligible to open buy order if market (daily) opening price above pivot line.
EA open buy order after Candle Count inputs (ex: candle count : 3 means ea open order 4th candle opening time)
EA will set Take profit based on Resistance line. (Ex: If we set R4 (resistance 4th line) means EA will close the order this line price.
EA will set Stop loss based on support line (Ex:  if we set S2 (support 2nd line) means EA will close the order this line price.

Sell Conditions:
EA eligible to open sell order if market (daily) opening price above pivot line.
EA open sell order after Candle Count inputs (ex: candle count : 3 means ea open order 4th candle opening time)
EA will set Take profit based on Support line. (Ex: If we set S3 (resistance 3rd line) means EA will close the order this line price.
EA will set Stop loss based on Resistance line (Ex: if we set R2 (support 2nd line) means EA will close the order this line price.

Common EA Conditions: 
EA open only one order per day. (buy or sell)
After reached candles count EA open order. Not need to consider pivot line on that time. (May be that time market price crossed pivot line below or above) We use pivot line market daily opening time only for buy trend or sell trend. 
EA can open daily one order even if any exist running positions. (may be yesterday order not reach TP or SL)
Incase if I manually closed same day order means, EA not need to open order in that day. Wait for next day.

Sometime opening Price and TP  or SL price may be meet very closely. incase if EA not open order with wrong TP or SL means, EA can ignore opening order on that day.
