EA based on MACD and RSI

I want to complete an EA that:

1. Opens and closes trades based on RSI, MACD and places pending orders based on lows and highs.

2. To use Drawdown Stop.

3. To have a dashboard on the chart that displays some information.

4. To have the option of mediation.

5. To include the possibility of making optimisations.

6. To be able to intervene on control panel or change timeframe during ongoing transactions, and to take over the new settings.

7. EA must be able to manage a lock, closing and opening transactions according to signals as explained in specifications.

8. EA will not use classic SL, but will use pending orders. If a transaction is at loss, then it opens a lock. Further it will manage the lock to exit on BE or profit, depends how it’s set.

Note: A part of EA is already complete. I have control panel ready. Needs some little adjustments. Also big part of strategy is coded already.
