EA need for simply hedging - No indicators

Hi

I am looking for a simple EA to open trades at 8am UK time on a 1 min-timeframe on forex pairs

The EA will open 2 trades at the same time:

1 trade LONG with 5 pips stop loss and 15 pips take profit 

1 trade SHORT with 5 pips stop loss and 15 pips take profit.

When the price moves and closes in one direction, the losing trade will close when the SL is hit (obviously!) 

Then the open trade will continue and when it reaches 10 pips the stop loss moves to 5 pips and the trade continues until it either wins or loses.

I would like to have a menu system so that I can change certain variables:

1) The time the trades open 

2) The amount of pips for stop-loss and take profit and amount the stop loss moves when the trade is winning

3) When opening trades to be able change the amount or capital used (percentage of balance ie 1% or fixed amounts) 

I would like to be able to use this for back-testing and optimising and then forward testing
