1. Objective:
Develop ONE automated trading robots for executing specific trading strategies. Using Python with the Binance API. The robots should be able to operate according to the defined strategies and provided specific parameters. Send the signal to Telegram too.

2. Inputs:
- TP (Take Profit)
- SL (Stop Loss)
- LOT (Lot Size)
- STRATEGY CHOICE (123 Setup for buying/selling by Stormer with Stochastic or using 3 Moving Average)
- STOCHASTIC PARAMETERS (Stochastic Indicator Settings)
- AVERAGE PARAMETERS (Moving Average Indicator Settings)
- PLACE PENDING ORDER OR AT MARKET
- AVERAGE PRICE: DISTANCE, MULTIPLIER, MAX LOT AND IN FAVOR OR AGAINST TREND
- MAXIMUM DRAWDOWN (Maximum Allowable Cash Loss)

3. Strategies:

3.1 123 Setup Strategy with Stochastic:
- Implement the buy/sell strategy based on the 123 pattern, using the stochastic indicator to check overbought or oversold conditions.
- Consider provided stochastic parameters as part of the inputs.

3.2 123 Setup Strategy with Averages:
- Implement the buy/sell strategy based on the 123 pattern, using 3 Moving Average as a filter.

4. Features:
- Implement risk management, including the use of Stop Loss (SL).
- Take into account the average price in favor of the trend and the second average price against the trend, as specified parameters.
Note: The average price against the trend is only for the first entry, the following entries are in opposite directions; The exit must be the average price plus the take profit, in case there is a reentry, otherwise the exit is on the regular take profit.

- Allow for the placement of pending orders or at market, as chosen by the user (myself).
- Set the entry average price according to distance, multiplier, maximum lots, and in favor or against the trend.
- Manage maximum drawdown to limit financial losses.

5. Development Platforms:
- Python robot with Binance API.

6. Project Delivery:
- Deliver the complete source code of the robot.
- Include detailed documentation explaining the functioning, parameters, and setup instructions.

7. Deadline:
The deadline for the final project delivery is 7 days.

8. Revisions:
Two rounds of revisions will be allowed after delivery for necessary adjustments or corrections.
