Buy/Sell Alert or Indicator based on two indicators (CCI)

I like to create an MT4 alert indicator which will be based on two CCI indicators (Commodity Channel Index) and provide an alert when the CCI histogram bars turn to certain colour scheme. Both CCI indicators are identical in terms of the code (I will provide the code), only the settings are different (one CCI is slower, one faster).

Example LONG signal: If the slower CCI shows continuously a rising trend (long green/neutral grey histogram – no red bars), I wait until the faster CCI changes from the green (LONG) trend to the red (SHORT) trend and back (!) to green. Here the closing of the first green histogram bar is the desired (LONG) signal. A next new long signal only appears when a color change (again red - then green) has taken place.

The alert should be able to work on all timeframes and symbols and provide a (1) popup + (2) sound alert when an entry signal happens.

If possible and practicable:

(1) When we apply the indicator a single chart (e.g. eur.usd 5min), it will monitor also higher timeframes (15/30/60 min) of this symbol.

(2) Displaying an Buy/Sell arrow on the chart or in the slow CCI indicator area each time there is a signal (in addition to the popup/sound alert)

I have further modifications and ideas, so subsequent projects will follow if the indicator works well.
