An EA and Indicator needed

I will provide as much information to you as possible before hand so we are both clear on the task.

11 Pages attached (sorry issue loading these onto this platform, best I could come up with for now) shows and explaines what I am needing.

In short the following is needed.

An indicator from trading view converted to MT4, however this has already been done but had an issue loading it. if you think you can use it, please do so. The converted file is attached (C_RSI-). I have explained the loading issue in my job script on page 1. 

Second part of this project is building a bot that works off the Indicator. Again the work has been completed for this but un able to load the converted indicator onto MT4 thus not able to test or try the BOT on my MT4. 2 files for the EA are attached.

Any thoughts you have to get this project going would be appriciated. I would much rather you have a look at the existing files to see if you can work with them before we start from scratch.

Finally, please factor in that part of this job is for you to assist with loading it onto two of my MT4 accounts. I am not tech savy enough and need this to be operating on my platform rather then just handed to me, need to know that this is totally functional, I am a trader not a tech guru.
