Need a custom-built dashboard for MT4, dashboard will include a TDI Indicator and 2 other indicators: 1 custom, 1 mt4 build. 

Need alignment for all the 3 indicators to meet and trigger a signal. 

Dashboard must have filter to include that signals occur above or below "x" "type" moving average. (Moving Average Filter) 

Dashboard must be multi-currency (scan from market watch, specific symbols) 

Looking for a professional developer to proceed with, if all works well, I'd like to add a licensing system to it in the future and continue working with the developer I choose.
