MA CROSSOVER EA WITH RSI FILTER

I want an EA which takes trade according to below mentioned rules

1.When lower EMA/SMA crosses from top to down it takes sell signal.

and when EMA/SMA crosses from down to top it takes buy signal.

Additonal condition to be fullfilled for "Buy" RSI>=55

For sell RSI=<35 

2. Take profit customizable.

3. Stop Loss Customizable.

4.Lot Sizing Customizable.

5.Risk Management -Adjustable in % of net account size(Risk amount per trade)

6.Quantity- Risk Per Trade/(SL in pips*Value for per pip movement)
