Create an EA for RENKO chart

The EA needs to open three positions on a RENKO chart if met by certain criteria.

Each position must be opened by its own predetermined lot derived from the acc balance(AUTOLOT). 

For eg. The first position must be opened by lot 0.01 for every $100 in the acc bal(can be changed by user). Second position size is a multiplication(X2/X3/X4 etc) of first position and the third position same as the second.

If the Autolot function is enabled, the lot per balance is set to 0.01 and base capital is set to $100 and the Account balance is $200 the first position can be opened with a 0.02 lot.

If the Position 2 multiplier is set to 2 the EA can open a second position of lot size 0.04.

If the position 3 multiplier is set to 3 the EA can open the third position of lot size 0.06.

Each position must have own SL/TP and trailing SL options.

The entry direction is determined by the previous candle direction. If the previous candle closed bullish - the EA can only make long entries.

First entry is made by the close of the candle - in the direction of the closed candle.

Second position is made by a certain amount of pips in the opposite direction, for ex. The 1st entry is long after the candle close, the price moves down 3 pips(preset) then position two must be opened with lot size as explained above. Same for the third position.

If the candle close in the opposite direction, all positions can be closed with the opposite_signal option. Which means the first position must then be opened in the direction of the newly closed candle.
