Convert Simple MT4 Indicator to MT5 (MQL4 to MQL5)

Need an CCFp indicator,

1. First, CCFp should be re-written from MQL4 old code to newest code. The code is available here: https://www.mql5.com/en/code/9088

2. Re-written from MQL4 to MQL5.

3. Add level to the indicator.
