Simple expert advisor needed. for MT5. Would open both short and long positions with set sl and tp.

here are the rules for entry of a trade
 risk 1% of account balance per trade.

only 1 trade per day.

 trade from 13:00 to 14:00 new york time.
This will be on a 5 minute time frame chart.
For a buy trade if an 23 EMA line cross over 80 EMA line then from the next candle the bot will enter a buy order at the current market price .
For a sell trade if an 23 EMA line cross below 80 EMA line from then from the next candle the bot will enter a sell order at the current market price .
The stop loss for a buy order will be 5 pips below the previous candle, but if that candle is less than 30 pips then the stoploss will be atleast 32 pips.
The stop loss for a sell order will be 5 pips above the previous candle, but if that candle is less than 30 pips then the stoploss will be atleast 32 pips.
the risk to reward ratio will be one by two.
