Build an expert advisor based on 3 native MT4 indicators

Hello developers, I need someone who can code a robot for me based on 3 indicators which are: 2 moving averages / Awesome oscillator / parabolic SAR.

Definition of indicator values:

Moving average 1 = 20

moving average 2 = 10

awesome oscillator <0 or >0

Parabolic SAR buy or sell signal (if parabolic SAR below last candle then bullish signal and if parabolic SAR above last candle close then bearish signal)

EA logic:

If Moving Average 10 crosses Moving Average 20 then initiate buy ONLY IF great oscillator > 0 and parabolic SAR buy signal. If moving average 10 crosses moving average 20 sell ONLY IF awesome oscillator < 0 and Sar parabolic sell signal.

Is it also posible to ADD a news filter with DLL import ?
