Create a no-repaint indicator for MT4 and MT5

Following pls find requirements:

+ This is a MT4 and MT5 indicator

+ indicator name: Forex SF Scalper

+ print indicator name on top left of graph in calibri font size 12 and color: yellow

+ indicator will take into account two indicators: RSI and Stochastic, to create entry signales on graphs.

+ pls use the settings:  RSI 28 period and Stochastic period%K=5 ; Period%D=3 Slowing = 6 , moving avg= simple

+ print red color arrow pointing down on top of current candle if: RSI(1) is < 50 and Stochastic 1 <70 and Stochastic 2 >70

+ print green color arrow pointing up on bottom of current candle if: RSI(1) > 50 and Stochastic 1 >30 and Stochastic 2 <30

+ print a yellow color X on candle if: Stochastic (1) > 70 and Stochastic (2) < 70 or if Stochastic (1) <30 and Stochastic (2)>30

+ I need an alert box to popup everytime a new signal is printed on graph... text on alert box is: Forex SF Scalper (followed by pair+timeframe etc...)

+ both MQL$ and MQL5 and EX4 and EX5 files must be delivered.

+ it is required that ex5 and ex4 files of indicator are validated by MQL5.com market automatic validator
