A Breakout Expert Advisor using a Simple Moving Average for Meta trader 5

BUILD A BREAKOUT EXPERT ADVISOR USING A SIMPLE MOVING AVERAGE(SMA) FOR META TRADER 5
Here's the basic outline of the expert advisor:
BUY
1.    If the PRICE (candle) crosses and closes above the SMA, open a BUY Market position.
2.    DO NOT BUY IF THERE IS ALREADY A BUY POSITION.
SELL
1.    If the PRICE (candle) crosses and closes below the SMA, open a SELL Market position.
2.    DO NOT SELL IF THERE IS ALREADY A SELL POSITION.

PARAMETERS:
1.    TIMEFRAME: MUST WORK ON ALL TIMEFRAMES AVAILABLE ON MT5 [1min – Monthly]

2.    ADJUSTABLE SIMPLE MOVING AVERAGE


3.    TRADING HOURS: 3 ADJUSTABLE START & STOP TIMES
DEFAULT
•    03:00 – 5:00 AM
•    8:00 – 11:59 AM
•    17:00 – 19:00 PM

DO NOT CLOSE POSITIONS AFTER TRADING HOURS, LET THE TRADE RUN UNTIL SL OR TP IS HIT.
