Need An Experienced Programmer to write MT4 EA based on my trading rules. Complex EA.

1. It will need to identify trend using 2 EMA and 1 SMA on a specified timeframe (execution timeframe) and reference a higher timeframe for confirmation ( confirmation time frame).

2. It will need to have the ability to identify swing highs and swing lows with great accuracy to identify a valid uptrend (higher high and higher lows) and a valid downtrend (Lower Low and lower High) (This is an important requirement)

3. It should able to identify horizontal support and Fibonacci levels. (User have the ability to enable/disable this condition)

4. It is required to take trades based on User defined values for position sizing.

5. It will need to calculate and place the appropriate Stop losses and Profit targets based on specific swing highs and swing low locations.

6. User to have the ability to toggle between Buy Limit and Buy Stop , Sell Limit and Sell Stop Orders

7. It will need to validate if the trade conforms to the trade rules. i.e respect R multiples

8. It will need to have the ability to cancel pending orders when trade conditions fail

9. It needs to be to be able to "NOT" trade before certain hours or news events and close trades before Friday closing sessions.

10. User defined parameters will be required. i.e Timeframe, Risk Reward. Moving average periods and type.

11. It needs to have the ability to let User determine between 2 sets of trade management rules.  ( The Rules on Entry for this strategy is different for lower timeframes)
