EA for hourly scalping of major fx pairs

The algorithm should run on candle bars of different "intervals"

Parameter:

ratio: positive integer

time constraint: 0,1,2,3.... 

volume: positive integer defined by user 

intervals: 5min, 10min, 30min, 60min

Strategy 1: 

If bar 1 has close higher than open and close<(high+low)/2 then at next bar bar 2 sell at market "volume" amount with stop loss only kicking in starting from bar 3 with level being highest of highs of bar 1 and bar 2 + 1pip. Taking profit kicks in starting from bar 2 level being entry point - ratio x (stoploss-entry point). 

If bar 1 has close lower than open and close>(high+low)/2 then at next bar bar 2 buy at market "volume" amount with stop loss only kicking in starting from bar 3 with level being lowest of lows of bar 1 and bar 2 - 1pip. Taking profit kicks in starting from bar 2 level being entry point + ratio x (entry point - stoploss).  

If time constraint is 0 then positions keep open without time constraint close, if time constraint is 3, then all positions are closed at bar (1+4) close if not already closed etc...
