Developer required for various projects over the LONG TERM

The work:

The work will invole creating/adding/amending indicators, modifying existing EA functionality and creating new EA's from scratch. 

To be considered:

I am looking for a very experienced developer to work with me on creating and modifying my MQL4 experts and indicators. Must have renko experience.

I am specifically looking for a LONGER TERM relationship and someone who will be able to support the experts on an ongoing basis. I want a developer who will be familiar with the work, requirements and code and work with me to get it right.

You will be a developer that takes pride in their work/code and someone who codes in a neat, tidy and organised way. You can problem solve, easily interpret requirements and also make good recommendations where possible to improve the quality and efficiency of the experts & indicators. 

To start:

I have a series of smaller jobs to kickstart the coding relationship and will start a separate job for that once I have found the right developer.
