Need to create an EA based with given variable and value

I need an EA which should trade based on the indicator name, indicator buffer, and even to consider current bar, closed bar 1 closed bar 2 and 3 for signals and same with exit settings.  I have attached with the detail requirement word document for your better understanding.

If you go through the word document you will get a clear picture and it is easy to code.  I am not able to attached the word document here which has all details, so I have zipped it in a folder and uploaded it.
