Write Google chrome extension or software for sell/buy limit for binary options

I am looking for a developer to create a simple Google Chrome extension or software that will allow me to set Buy and Sell limits for Binary Options (Iqcent). When the limit price reached trade should execute automatically & instantly.

The ideal candidate should have experience with Chrome extensions and be able to create a user-friendly interface that is compatible with various platforms.

Specifically, the extension should allow me to:

• Set Buy and Sell limits for Binary Options (Iqcent)
• Execute trades automatically
• On and Off Button so I can turn it Off/On when nedded
