Estou precisando de um indicador em mql4

No caso eu preciso de um indicador da seguinte forma 
 
O indicador inicia a análise no gráfico com entrada padrão da seguinte forma: 
 
- Se RSI estiver acima do nivel 70 emite um sinal com seta de venda almejando que a proxima vela será uma vela de Venda
 
- Se RSI estiver abaixo do nivel 20 emite um sinal com seta de compra almejando que a proxima vela será uma vela de Compra
 
Após o primeiro sinal sendo de Compra ou Venda, o indicador verifica se foi Ganho ou Perda

Se for ganho o indicador continua com a mesma entrada de forma padrão, caso seja perda o indicador muda o sinal e inverte da seguinte forma: 
 
- Se RSI estiver acima do nivel 70 emite um sinal com seta de Compra almejando que a proxima vela será uma vela de Compra
 
- Se RSI estiver abaixo do nivel 20 emite um sinal com seta de Venda almejando que a proxima vela será uma vela de Venda
 
E novamente volta analisar e caso dê loss  ele volta pra entrada padrão e vice versa
