Trading robot rsi

I need a robot that open a 0.1 long position with 100€ take profit, when the RSI in 5 min chart goes below 20. If the position goes in minus 50€ or more open 0.2 long postion with take profit on the same lever where is the 0.1 long position, and move the take profit of the 0.1 long postion also to the same place. When the 5 min RSI goes above 80 the robot have to open 0.1 lot short position woth 100€ take profit. If the postion goes in minus 50€ or more open 0.2 lot short position with the same level take profit where the 0.1 lot short position is, and move the take profit of the 0.1 lot short postion also to the same place. The robot have to trade on US30 with 1:500 leverage of 10 000€ in MT5. RSI period 11 and apply to typical price.
