Code Conversion from MQL4 to MQL5

Please produce a working compileable MQL5 source code file from the attached MQL4 source code file or working compileable MQL5 source from scatch, which ever is easier.

The attached source code produces a sell signal 1./ Arrow on the indicator chart

                                                                             2./ Sound Alert

                                                                             3./ Printed Alert

                                                                             4./ Sends notification

when the Stochastic that was previously above the over bought level (80) falls below that level and the trend moving average is sloping downwards. Conversley a buy signal Chart Arrow, Sound Alert, Printed Alert and Send Notification when the Stochastic that was previously below the over sold level (20) goes above that level and the trend moving average is sloping upwards
