Sending Alert (alarm) to a website via......

Hello if i receive an alert or alarm (like the picture) i want to send that directy to my website or widget that we can please on a website or in java. FOr me its not important how. We have an Joomla website or Wordpress. Only if there is signal to the website we need to have a sound.
