I need a trading robot on mt5 for simple buy and sell all the time

Please read properly before you decide to take this job , it's been almost 2 months I post this job and two developer couldn't delivery till now if you decide to take a job read properly .

I need a robot who can buy and sell at the same time and takes profit at 20 pips , however every time after taking a profit automaticaly open a new buy and sell , same procedure at all the time / profit still at 20 pips . Every time the loss reach 40 pips the robot start opening the opposite position time X 2 and always take a profit at 20 pips remember every loss will start opening opposite trade once reach 40

which means every time we always gonna open two trade BUY & SELL after profit 

stop loss will have that gaps every time its reach that gaps open the opposite trade X2 ( TIMES 2 )

FOR EXAMPLE 

SELL 0,01  reach --40 PIPS  open buy 0.02 

SELL 0,01  reach --80 PIPS  open buy 0.02

SELL 0,01  reach --120 PIPS  open buy 0.02

SELL 0,01  reach --160 PIPS  open buy 0.02

SELL 0,01  reach --200 PIPS  open buy 0.02

SECOND EXAMPLE 

BUY  0.01 reach --40 PIPS open sell 0.02

BUY  0.01 reach --80 PIPS open sell 0.02

BUY  0.01 reach --120 PIPS open sell 0.02

BUY  0.01 reach --160 PIPS open sell 0.02

every time we take profit open new BUY and SELL
