Help me review and modify an existing EA that has clearly written codes

Below is the summary of the EA. Details will be provided to the selected freelancer.

1.         Trend filter based on how price close in relation to Bollinger band (BB) lines.

2.         Trade entry signal (4 conditions) based on how price relate to BB lines.

3.         TP based on number of ATR away from entry price.

4.         Close half positions after TP hit.

5.         Trailing SL on remaining positions according to low/high of previous candle.

6.         When a trade is losing, we will add trade(s) to it. The entry price will be based on BB signal.

7.         TP on all open losing trades will be based on a pullback % of the last trade price.

8.         Both buy and sell trades could be open at the same as long as entry conditions are satisfied.
