Long/Short OHLC weighted strategy for multiple currency pairs

I need a robot built which uses OHLC current and previous time step values to generate a +1/-1 indicating long and short signals respectively.

I have a very simple formula for how these OHLC values are mathematically combined to generate the signal so really the main thing is execution logic 

for taking profit / stopping out / and scaling positions accordingly based on conviction and account balance.


I need this done by mid next week and need to be able to run a backtest to confirm the performance.
