An Expert Advisor Based on Price Action and ICT trading strategy

I need someone who can develop a bot that can scalp both the currency pairs and binary/deriv markets. I also need someone who has a basic knowledge of forex trading so that you can understand the strategy i want the bot to use. The bot will be fully based on scalping and should be able to scalp on a lower timeframe like 5m and 15m.

The strategy is related to ICT, For example a market is in an uptrend on the 4H, the bot will locate order blocks on lower tfs, and take trades there till it breaks the previous high (because it is an uptrend)... The bot should confirm if a order block will hold before taking trades.. For example, when a 4H order block is noticed on the 4H timeframe, the bot will wait for a retracement  back to that order block, then also confirm a lower tf like 15 m break of structure to confirm if the order block is valid to ride that trend..(If you dont understand this explanation, pls let me know)

The risk management will be very tight, the bot will minimize losses and maximise profits..m 

The bot should not lag, and should be able to have password so that it will not be easily shared without my permission.
