Convert EX4 indicator to MQ5 indicator

I am looking for an programmer who can reprogramm Ex4 indicator for MT5. I have fxfrequency indicator for MT4, but I need it for MT5. I would like this indicator to be exactly the same as MT4. I hope it is possible. Thank you
