Convert EA to MQL5 from MQL$ Source file

I need my MT4 EA converted to work on MT5. I do have the source files for the project. i would also like a couple of changes to the EA if possible like adding the option to close all trades on a friday at Xpm. Please apply if this is a project tat you can complete within 2-3 days maximum.
