Equal lows/highs finder

I have struggled to make the following indicator:

It should show the current closest (relative) equal highs and (relative) equal lows to the current price.
Graphically:

I have the indicator for the swing highs and lows (marked in grey here) provided.

This indicator should start scanning from candle index zero upwards.

The user should have an option to input a tolerance for a difference between high i and the high before that (vice versa for lows of course).
(Unique difference for each time frame)

If
1) a high is higher than every previous high (starting at candle index 0)
2) AND the difference between that high and the previous high is <= the specified tolerance for a difference
(again vv. for the lows)

THEN the indicator should draw a line from high i+1 to the current candle index 0.

This line should get updated, meaning if new candles paint the two horizontal lines should stay at candle index 0.
