Need skilled MQL5 programmers for regular work.

I am a trader with a strong background in quantitative finance and early adopter of Metatrader 5.  I'm seeking skilled MQL5 programmers to give regular work too over time. Strong MQL5 knowledge is obviously a must but other programming talent such as c++ and matlab experience are appreciated as well. Some of my work will be given away for free to the general public with credit to the respective authors. So it will generate additional buzz arround those developers who helped create it. My first project is combining together some of the strategy programming and indicator examples from this website to create a pairs trading system. This would entail  modification of the adaptive trading system found here  https://www.mql5.com/en/articles/143   to trade the top 5 systems . Enabling it to trade with two currencies at a time per system, based on a custom indicator, and have the ability to optimize in the strategy tester . I have additional project workload to ofer but would like to get started there.  I do have MQL5 programming skills of my own but would like to gain more resources so I can utilize my time more wisely.
