Heikin Ashi Trifecta

I would like an indicator based on the given MQL4 file, but converted to MQL5 with the following modifications:

1) Instead of looking for signals where all 4 timeframes align, I would like it to only look for signals where all 3 timeframes align at CLOSING PRICE (Trifecta)

2) I would like this indicator to use a "target timeframe" to monitor for a change in Heikin Ashi trend and 2 "confirmation timeframes" to send an alert ONLY when the target timeframe aligns with the 2 confirmation timeframes, instead of triggering an alert for any of the timeframes when they all align like the indicator does now (see arrows in photo).

For example, monitor the 5 minute timeframe for Heikin Ashi trend changes and send an alert when it becomes bullish AND the 15 minute and 1 hour timeframes are also bullish, not when the 15 minute or 1 hour changes and aligns with all 3 timeframes.

3) I would like the indicator's name set to "Heikin Ashi Trifecta" and the push notification alerts to read as something simple like: "HA Trifecta - Bullish/Bearish - {TARGET TIMEFRAME HERE}" 

I think the price I'm offering is pretty fair because I've seen people offering only $10-20 USD for jobs that are way more complicated than a simple conversion job.  I hope this is not too complicated? Especially with the minimal requirements and .mql4 file as a base reference.

And REMEMBER: I need this in MQL5, not MQL4
