Hey there, how's it going, I'd like to design a tool meant for re-enforcing a trader's rules, things such as 

*Allowed Trading Times 
*Max number of contracts 
*Profit Goals 
*Max Loss 
*Total Trades for the day

Things like that, where the tool can be specific and unique to each account, and when rules are violated, or goals are reached, or trades are made out of trading time range, the system will prevent a trade from occurring. I know this is a bit vague, but is this something you might be able to take on? If so what would the cost be on something like this? Thanks.
