EA based on MAs crossover

I need a MT5 EA (with source code) that trades on the crosses of 3 MAs (strategy will be given later) with the inputs:

• The magic number;
• Number of contracts (lot size);
• Option to trade “long only”, “short only”, or “both long and short”;
• MAs length and method;
• SL, TS, TP (with option to up to 3 SL and TP with validation);
• A bool to place order only after the candle bar closed as opposed to on every tick;
• Intraday time filter (period of day for trading and time to close all positions);
• MaxLoss for the day;
• MaxProfit for the day.
