Custom MT5 Indicator that combines three different indicators

Looking for an experienced developer to create a custom indicator for me. I keep this description general but will provide full details later in the proces so you can make a good judgement call on the amount of work.

Short description:

The indicator i'm after is build from 3 separate indicators. All three will be provided by me as MQ5 files. Two of the three indicators will be used as entry filters on the lower timeframe. One of the three will be used in both the higher as the lower timeframe. On the higher timeframe it should trigger the bias. On the lower timeframe it should confirm the bias using the same trigger. The other two indicators can complement this lower timeframe bias as entry filter. When the lights are on green the indicator should draw an entry arrow on the chart in the direction of the bias. The indicator should also alert the trader using alerts via sounds, window, mail or push message.

What do you see on the chart when indicator is used:

1. Oscillator window with all indicators in one

2. Painted bars in case one of the three sub-indicators is used

3. Arrows when trade signal is valid
