Need a Expert Advisor based on three MA, one Indikator: updownbars and a barpattern with 4 bars.

I need a EA based on three MA, one indikator: updownbars and a barpattern with 4 bars. Added you find a screenshot about working and the setup details.

Overview:

First there must be a bar in touch with EMA28-high/low followd by 3 bars without in touch with the EMA28-high/low.

When the indocator: updownbars is moving in the same direction and the setup is complete the EA open a buy/sell limit on the EMA28 high/low line.

This buy/sell limit is valid as long as the indicator: updownbars is still in trend. Once the order was executed the open position will close by take profit, or stop los or trailing stop oe bar close lower/greater the MA, what reach first.
