Volman EA

I need an EA that will: 1) run from Sunday evening to Friday afternoon (EST); 2) only open one market order at a time; 3) have a default stop-loss, and default take-profit, of 10 pips; 4) use the 70 tick chart (and incorporate the ProRealTime charting software into the EA); 5) use a default leverage for each order; 6) check the account balance at 12:05am each morning; 7) use a default percentage of the account balance to calculate the lot size; 8) use the 20 EMA as the only indicator; 9) use specified money management techniques.
