Trade Manager for fast Scalping

I need a trade manager that operates fast and flawlessly for scalping. Here are the parameters:

Works on MT4

Trades on the M1 chart simultaneously on multiple currency pairs

TP and SL settings with a TRUE trailing stop loss (i.e. stop loss follows TP level by x points at the smallest increment possible, preferably one or two pips)

Variable lot size

Variable risk percentage of account balance (i.e. 1% of balance at $9,600 account size with 1 lot = 1 pip at $9.60)

Variable TP levels. For example, I want to take 80% profit at 5 pips and let the remaining 20% stay open indefinitely with a 5 pip stop loss.

Buy Stop and Sell Stop orders are not necessary. Must work as flawlessly on a demo account as in a trade account.

I know there are a handful of utilities like this on the market already. I found them to be unintuitive and unreliable.  Thanks for your help!
