Indicator to determine higher highs and higher lows

firstly : should scan back 15 candles to find a swing low or high

second : it will define a swing high as a bullish candle with two candles following it closing below its close...…and  a swing low as a bearish candle with two consecutive candles closing above the bearish candles close

thirdly : then it will wait for the swing high has been noticed to be broken and calculate 50% of the retracement from that new swing high formed and vice versa for a swing low 

fourthly : a new swing high is formed when a bullish candle has 2 consecutive candles following it close below the bullish candles close and vice versa for a swing low 

lastly should alert when scanned and should be able to scan multiple pairs at once
