EA that takes entries and exits on conditions of one or more indicators that I select: HA Candle, HMA, smTMMS Oscillator and Higher Timeframe Trend.

I have a strategy where the EA enters once the Heiken Ashi candle, Hull Moving Average and the smTMMS Oscillator are all in alignment. I will have the option to choose one, two or all three conditions. It will also include a Trend Manager. There will be 4 sets of trends which can be and/or. In each set there will be subsets of timeframe options and in it will also be and/or. So an example is:

Trend A, B, C, D = and

Trend A: M1, M5 = or

Trend B: M15, M30 = or

Trend C: H1, H4 = or

Trend D: D1, W1 = or

So all Trend sets A-D have to be true but inside each subset only one of them have to be true. I will have the ability to change timeframes from M1-Monthly in any subset. This will be an optional condition. The EA will only enter a trade based on any of the conditions that I choose. I have an EA that you will modify or copy the code. Most of the code is junk but it has a trade manager code that I like and some of the other code for my strategy but you may want to rewrite a clean code since much of what I have is useless. The previous programmer did a terrible job.

Please explain your qualifications and how you will create my EA. If there is no explanation, I will ignore it.
