Develop custom dashboard and indicator for 1-2-3 reversal pattern

We are looking an experience MQL4 developer, who can assist us on our following initial Dashboard and indicator. We are looking for long term relationship, as we have many project in pipeline. 

RTC 1-2-3 reversal System Dashboard and chart Indicator. 

High level requirements:

1 - The 1-2-3 reversal strategy ( RTC) will be based on semaphores(Source code of the semaphores will be provided)

2 - Req#1: locate an extreme price point using high level of zigzag(144,89,55). Point #1 of 1-2-3)

3 - Req#2: locate a low value of zigzag(5,1,3) in the opposite direction ( Point #2 of 1-2-3)

4 - Req#3: locate a matching lower zigzag point (Point #3 of 1-2-3)

5 when Point #3 failed to cross the Point#1 in x number of bars ( input Variable) we identify two entry points one aggressive and one conservative. 

6 - generate alert signal

7 - Mark the bar count when this signal generated

We also use Bungees to confirm price failure, (Bunch of stochastics) detail will be provided once contract awarded.
