Modifications to existing MT4 EA

Looking to add parameters on a previously made expert advisor that makes entries based on moving averages crossover.

The parameters that would needed to be added:

1. Canceling of buying or selling entries when inside of consolidation zones unless the entry is either buying at the support or selling at the resistance. 

- Consolidation would need to be calculated by measuring the highs, lows and median prices of 50 to 300 bars of candlesticks and drawing the lines on the charts to make the consolidation zone visible on the charts

if a trade entry is triggered inside that consolidation zone then it should automatically be cancelled 

- This parameter should be made as a true or false statement so I can optimize properly 

2. There needs to be a parameter that sends a SMS message to your phone or email displaying the entry, stop loss and take profit values
