Indicator to place levels from CVS file onto chart

I only trade off of horizontal lines. I usually keep a spreadsheet with daily notes. Some of the data i get from https://www.mypivots.com/dailynotes and some I get from my own eyeballing of support and resistance levels. Either way, I have the levels in a spreadsheet. I would like to create an indicator or script that reads the levels from my spreadsheet and places the horizontal lines/levels on my chart.


The only fields required are a price, title, color and style.


Attached is an example of the cvs file i currently use.
