Specific Time First Candle - High and Low

I would like an indicator where I can choose beetwen the market open time or a specific time to call as open time.

With the open time, I will wait for the first candle close so I will have the high and low for that period. This 2 informations should be drawing in the chart.

I want the possibility to have 3 highs/lows, for ex.

Third High / Low

Open Time - Default or XX:XX

Timeframe - Current or Different from the chart timeframe

Period: Month (jan-dec) - If I enable this I can choose from monthly, bi-monthly, tri, ... 2x a year, Could be like 12 boxes. Then I have to choose the week and day to change the lines.

Second High / Low

Open Time - Default or XX:XX

Timeframe - Current or Different from the chart timeframe

Period: Week (Mon-Sun) If I enable week - monday, it will change every week on monday using the information above.

First High / Low

First High / Low

Open Time - Default or XX:XX

Timeframe - Current or Different from the chart timeframe

Period: Day- If I choose day, it will change every day,  using the information above.

Using:

Third high - First Second - every month - Red

Timeframe - 15 min

Open time - 9 am

Second high - Every monday - Purple

Timeframe - 15 min

Open time - 9 am

obs. In this case, in the first monday of the month I will have the same high and low.

First high - Every day - White

Timeframe - 15 min

Open time - 9 am
